  Item Availability
If you are placing a custom order, please allow for additional time beyond the expected shipment time indicated on the Product Detail page. The additional time required for customization varies from several days to several weeks depending on the options that you select. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery on your customized SportRobe. SportRobe.com will not accept returns on customized robes.


In Stock Items
Orders on In Stock items are put through as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your In Stock item will then be shipped in 1-2 full business days. We must locate the item, approve your payment, and verify the receiving address. An In Stock item ordered on a Monday will leave the warehouse by end-of-day Wednesday at the latest. After the order leaves our warehouse, delivery time will vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. You will not be charged until your order is shipped to you.


Pre-Sale Items
Pre-Sale items are items that are not yet in stock, but are available for advanced purchase on our site. A Pre-Sale item that you order is shipped directly to you as soon as it is In Stock. You will be notified of the status of your Pre-Sale item via e-mail. Expected shipment time will always be indicated on the Product Detail page.

Please note that expected shipment times appearing on the Product Detail page refer to the time when the item is expected to leave our warehouse, not when the item will arrive at its final shipping destination.


Custom Order Items

Custom Order items require some additional time before they can be shipped. Expected adjustment time (for example, "Custom Order: Add 3-4 weeks for adjustment") is indicated on the Product Detail page. Your Custom Order item will be shipped once your item is ready, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. You will be notified of the status of your Custom Order item by e-mail.


Shipping Methods and Costs
Depending on the item(s) you purchase at www.sportrobe.com and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order.

At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s) (Note: some items may only offer one shipping method). Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will be automatically calculated during checkout, prior to the completion of your order.

Generally, you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Third Day, or Overnight service). If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order will be shipping using your upgraded shipping method once your personalized items are ready to ship. Perfection isn't quick, most orders take approximately 2-4 weeks to be ready, unless otherwise noted. Your order will be shipping according to the shipping method you selected.

Tracking your Order

How can you track your order?
Orders placed at SportRobe.com may be delivered by one of several different carriers and shipping methods. Therefore, tracking availability may vary depending on the type of item you purchased, the shipping method you selected during Checkout, and the carrier that is delivering your item(s).

To find out your Order Status
Check your e-mail. You were required to enter an e-mail address during Checkout; you will receive e-mails at your address keeping you up-to-date about the status of your order.
Visit the website. Sign In for Your Order History at SportRobe.com 24 hours a day. You may view information about your most recent orders (including tracking information) as well as past orders.
Contact us. If you still have questions about your order, please contact us via e-mail.
The status of your order is supplied by SportRobe.com, and represents what is happening with your order between the time you place it and the time it ships from our warehouse. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is handled by a carrier (such as FedEx, USPS or UPS) that may provide tracking information until your order is delivered*. The tracking information is accessible from Your Order History on our website when it becomes available.

*Tracking information may not be available for up to 48 hours after an item is shipped from our warehouse.



International Shipping

If your order has a shipping address outside of the United States, please carefully read the following rules and restrictions concerning international orders from SportRobe.com.

Our Checkout process provides you with a list of international locations to which www.sportrobe.com currently ships. If you do not see a specific country or region listed during Checkout that means we do not currently ship to it.

Any order being shipped to a destination outside of the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied and collected during Checkout. When placing an order on www.SportRobe.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Charges for duties, taxes and the carrier's collection fee are in addition to your shipping charge and must be borne by you. You should contact your local customs office for further information.
Please allow additional delivery time for orders with a shipping destination outside of the United States.
